  • Is there a possibility to increase my approval amount?

    Absolutely, if you're eligible, you can request an increase in your approval amount via the Cherry Patient Portal. Please note that the decision and increased approval amount are subject to your eligibility. In case you don't see the "request an increase" button, it signifies that you're currently not eligible for an increase.

  • Am I allowed to pay off my balance early?

    Yes, you are! Cherry does not impose any penalties for early payment. In fact, if you've opted for a payment plan with interest and you manage to pay off your balance early, you could save by avoiding some of the interest charges.

  • Will my 0% APR offer expire after a certain period?

    No, your 0% APR offer does not come with an expiration date as long as it's associated with your current approval. For instance, if you've been approved for a six-month term with a 0% APR*, this promotion will remain valid until the end of your term, provided you keep up with your payments. *0% APR and other promotional rates subject to eligibility


  • How much do I need to pay as a down payment and when is it due?

    As soon as you input your purchase price, you will be presented with the down payment options available to you. The down payment becomes due when Pure Skin Spa confirms the need for funds to proceed with your chosen services. Please remember to bring your bank-issued debit or credit card when you're ready for checkout.

  • How is the refund process handled?

    If you wish to request a refund, you'll need to contact Pure Skin Spa directly. We adhere to the refund policies set by Pure Skin Spa and cannot initiate a refund without their approval. Once Pure Skin Spa authorizes a refund, we will deposit the refunded amount into your account, and your Cherry account status and loan balance will be adjusted accordingly.

  • Does Cherry report account statuses to the credit bureaus?

    Yes, Cherry may report the status of our borrowers’ accounts to Equifax, one of the major credit bureaus. 

  • Can missed payments on my Cherry account affect my credit?

    Cherry is obligated to report all payment histories to the credit bureaus. Therefore, late payments, missed payments, or other delinquencies on your account may be reported to the credit bureaus.

  • How long is my approval valid for?

    Your approval is valid for 30 days. Once this time period has expired, you're welcome to reapply.
